Pass Guarantee

If you do the work and still don't pass the CSLB Law and Business exam, we give your money back. That's it.

Who qualifies

• You bought a ContractorReady pass and it's active.
• You reached “Ready”: 80% or higher on two full timed exams in a row in ContractorReady.
• You took the CSLB Law and Business exam within 60 days of reaching “Ready.”
• You didn't pass that attempt.

What you get

Your choice: a 100% refund of what you paid for the pass, or free extended access until you pass (up to 12 more months).

How to claim

• Within 30 days after your exam, go to Account → Pass guarantee and submit a claim.
• We'll email you to ask for a photo or copy of your PSI score report.
• We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually in 5–10 business days.

What we never ask

We don't ask for positive reviews or your silence. There's no hidden fine print: these are all the requirements.

Limits

• One guarantee refund per person. If you choose extended access, you can still claim a refund on a later attempt if you qualify again.
• The guarantee covers the Law and Business exam, not trade exams.
• Shared accounts or false information void the guarantee.
